Giant Superman Annual Comic Book History

Giant Superman Annual is a comic book published by DC Comics which mostly reprints Superman-related stories from previous comic books plus it usually includes some special features.

The first issue was published in August 1960 and the eighth issue was printed in Winter 1963-1964.

A ninth issue was prepared and advertised, but was published instead as 80 Page Giant (DC, 1964 series) #1 in August, 1964.

The numbering of Giant Superman Annual continues in Superman Annual (DC, 1983 series) which features new stories, and ends at issue # 12.
