EDITORIAL NOTE
With four-fifths of the country only just recovering from frost-bitten balls, with our friends dying around us from Government-sponsored flu germs, with baseball only just about to relieve us from that hell of a spell of sports boredom—we are proud to present you with yet another exceptional edition of Club to brighten your month.
I mean, what could be more cheering than a face-to-face confrontation with dear old Richard Nixon, interviewed by our resident liar, Clifford Irving (page 36) . If, as you plough through the ever-intriguing variables of Dickie's mind, you might doubt the conversation's authenticity, don't ask us—"swerving Irving" won't tell the truth to us, either. So make up your own mind, and don't ever say that Club doesn't cater to the out-of-the-ordinary.
On a par with the above mentioned entertainment, however, is our analytical survey on Enema Cocktails (page 20) , where we attempt to tempt your palate (?) with refreshing rectal recipes to titillate even the most sophisticated buns. As they say (whoever they may be) what goes in must come out.
Or maybe a little flower-deflowering (page 70) is your scene? It isn't? So why the hell did I put that in. Oh, well... try a run-down on the Ropes, Rods and the Big Apple (page 8) route, or take a very private peek in the Secret Diary of Sammel Pepy's (page 40) .
For the very hard to please, there are in-depth reports on water sports, plastic surgery, some truly outrageous reader mail—and of course, the sensational Club ladies, showing it like it is. So enjoy.
