MoPerformance was published by Robert Oskiera under multiple business names including RHO Publications. It featured Mopar -- Dodge, Chrysler and Plymouth -- muscle cars. The magazines mostly covered older performance vehicles and also included how-to articles, part identification codes, body tag data, club listings and occasionally new Chrysler performance products.

It was first published around the same time as Chrysler Power, and later it competed against Mopar Muscle and High Performance Mopar. Mr. Oskiera was the publisher and editor, and he was assisted by George Longacre as both the feature and technical editor.

Mr. Oskiera is mildly famous for having been sued by Chrysler Motors Corp in 1989 for trademark infringement. Chrysler claimed that Oskiera was using the Mopar trademark without paying the customary royalty fees. In addtion, Chrysler had a magazine, Mopar Performance News, and it felt that customers were confused in the marketplace. Chrysler prevailed over Mr. Oskiera in 1990, and Oskiera renamed his magazine for two issues to MorPerformance in 1991. He then quickly changed the name again to Performance for the Chrysler Car Enthusiast starting with the July/August issue.

Performance for the Chrysler Car Enthusiast was published by Robert Oskiera under the business name of R.H.O. Publications. A re-titling of MoPerformance, it featured Mopar muscle cars. The magazines mostly covered older and nostalgic performance vehicles, and it also included how-to articles, part identification codes, body tag data, club listings and occasionally new Chrysler performance products.

With the February, 1996 issue, the title was changed to Chrysler Car Enthusiast Engines etc. Content remained unchanged. This same year, the publisher stopped using volume and series numbering and instead began using an issue number on the front cover. The issue number was simply the concatenation of the volume and series number. So volume 13 number 3 became issue #133.

Mr. Oskiera also produced Power Wagons & Sport Utes. Both titles were published in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
