Vampire Carthians
A guide to one of the covenants of vampires in the new World of Darkness that I feel I understand the least. Even the name "Carthian" was a made-up neologism. Weird political dissident stuff that never seemed to fit the setting very well, in my mind (I guess I miss the old WoD anarchs).
