Some of the information is the same common sense advice you've seen before and there is some too specific information for certain U.S. cities, but there are some really good tips here. And it lists lots and lots of websites. I'm listing some of these here for my own information so I can find them later. I'm not listing sites I've used before so you do need to check out the book for yourself.
