I can't do it. Even as anal as I am about finishing every book I start (I read Frankenstein for goodness sake!), I'm calling it at page 78. The companion website is no longer available either, so that should be the first clue that this method is hooey! I picked this book up at a yard sale given by Christian friends. I was a bit surprised by the yoga-like mumbo jumbo strategy written about to change your attitude. Here's a hint, we can't do it ourselves.
