Should an Eagle Fall Book

Texas rancher Caleb Starr is simply protecting his chickens when he guns down what he believes to be a hawk diving to attack them. Wheelan films the eagle killing then makes another copy for his own twisted agenda. Multiple federal and state agencies and environmental groups converge on the sleepy west Texas town of Lone Wolf, where they square off against the hapless rancher and each other.
