Juggling Briefcase and Baby Book

Hero and heroine have known each other since childhood--Mums are friends--but when she was 18 or 19, they had a wild, passionate affaire for two weeks (or so) in Paris. Then she took off to see the world and he went back to running the family business. Now she's back in England, working--temporarily--in his company, though he's managed to avoid her. But he has to fly to Scotland to clinch a deal, and due to a series of last-minute emergencies, winds up having to take her along for backup. And she has to take her baby, because she certainly can't leave a one-year-old at home alone. And all those old feelings are re-kindled, at least on his part, which does not suit him at all. Feelings are not sensible. This is a nice little read, very enjoyable.
