Autonomy and Rigid Character
It is nice to see a book focused on Bipolar II and collates the research and clinical knowledge to the date of the writing. It was disheartening to see how bad the scientific research has been into this illness. Double blind studies with a control and a sufficient sample size should be the norm, not an odd occurrence.
The chapters on psychological interventions, well-being plans and other treatments were interesting. The management commentaries were also interesting although frequently became redundant. Although the historical commentary from the future was just excellent.
