Shakugan no Shana, Volume 2 Book

Shakugan no Shana is about a boy by the name of Yuji Sakai, who finds out he is already dead. He is the remnants of the real Yuji Sakai, a Torch. His Torch, however, hasn't burned out yet because of the rare treasure tool deep inside him, called Reiji Maigo. Before all this happens, a girl names Shana pops into his life. Now Shana must fight to protect the Mistes from Crimson Denizens, trying to taking the treasure tool within Yuji!

In this volume, Yuji struggles to understand the strange world he has been thrust into, his relationship with Shana, as well as his own mortality. Shana, conversely, tries to adapt to the human world while protecting Yuji, the treasured Mistes.
