As we prepare for the arrival of our 3rd child, I appreciate the idea behind freezer cooking. I'm not sure I'd ever actually cook for an 8 hour day and then eat that stuff all month, but I got some good tips about what kinds of things freeze well, etc. The bulk of the book is recipes, which I thought were the weak point. Most sounded too bland, and the one that I tried (Scalloped Potatoes and Ham) seemed to have some key ingredients out of proportion. (ie 1 pound of ham to split across 5 dinners for a family of 4.) I wouldn't buy it, but it wasn't a waste of time to read.
