Review # 1 was written on 2023-01-11 15:08:05 Sean Ross After the special one-shot Silver Surfer that was listed as volume 2, this second ongoing Silver Surfer series began in 1987. The longest volume of the Surfer's history at 146 issues, we follow the Silver Surfer after his final escape from Earth and his return to the universe as a free spirit. The series lasted for 146 issues and was followed up with a mini-series named Galactus the Devourer some months after this series ended. As with all Silver Surfer comic books, this one is a fun read.
