Review # 1 was written on 2012-11-19 00:00:00 Bree Rowlands Ever read a book about the intricacies of German wine and German wines laws that didn't put you to sleep inside of 5 minutes? Neither had I. Owen Bird is a Tasmanian winemaker with zero problem skewering sacred cows and telling the truth and his writing style is quick, witty, and a real pleasure to read. Yes, this reviewer is a wine professional and a geek, so take a grain of salt, but wow, it's the best wine writing I've had all year.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-11-13 00:00:00 Sunwoo Hwang This was a pretty good book on the life and times of Port wines. If you would like to learn more about the wine that you are drinking, this is a good book.
