Review # 1 was written on 2013-03-21 00:00:00 Patrick Hennessy A short and on point book about general idea of HEM. However it does not address anything about digital marketing of HE. It's 2003 book, and it doesn't talk about SEO, SEM, websites, etc. It provides a lot of business theory, and trying to "tailor" it into an HE framework, but some of those models aren't applicable to HE. It adopts more of a "tactical" approach on HEM, instead of strategic. It is ok to use as a complementary literature to more strategic textbooks (Kotler & Fox, 1995; Maringe & Gibbs,2009) etc.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-12-07 00:00:00 Kev Black Definitly a game changer ! I've enjoyed reading every single page , fir the writers simple and straighforward style yet funny at times , this book is a gold mine ! Definitly going to read it again , wish i've read it on my first year in university , it would've saved me so much stress and anxiety !
