Review # 1 was written on 2020-02-07 00:00:00 Solomon Simmons Despite being a little dated (the second edition was published in 2007, so it doesn't deal with more recent legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010), this book still addresses a number of issues relating to counselling practice and the law. I found of particular interest the chapters on confidentiality, counselling children and young people, and statutory regulation.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-02-08 00:00:00 Dang Dang Very good, an interesting account of the court rooms in the 19th Century from Lord Denning.
