Review # 1 was written on 2011-09-06 00:00:00 Roby John While it was fun to discover new poets and read 1970s Spanish commentary of the hippy movement (Hippy Blues), the translations were godawful. Not even simply literal, selecting idiomatic translations where more direct translations would actually have preserved more of the force and nonsemantic meanings of the originals.
