Review # 1 was written on 2008-03-25 00:00:00 Randall Becker I imagine this book would be useful for someone who doesn't have a lot of cooking/baking experience but it was quite remedial to me. I did enjoy it, however, as the kitchen is my "workshop" and it was a required text for a class I am taking towards my dietetics degree. I am an avid reader and can't wait to actually read something I enjoy!

Review # 2 was written on 2009-04-07 00:00:00 Javin Hope Good textbook. Not entertaining like some new textbooks but very interesting. Not the easiest to read.
