Review # 1 was written on 2016-07-21 00:00:00 Darrin Erickson There are like almost no copies of this book left on shelves. I really wish I could find a copy of it in English, though. Perhaps, one of the most detailed and informative survey histories written. I by no means read every single line in the book, but I have read a good chunk of it for papers. Definitely needs to be updated. The author should think about releasing or writing a second edition/volume.
