Review # 1 was written on 2014-11-02 00:00:00 S D Model Two hundred pages full of beautiful high-gloss pictures, and littered with buzz words. For $85 at retail I would never buy such book. But freely available to me from MSFT library, it helps to find out how the typical consulting client thinks (Business Intelligence being all about pretty pictures these days).

Review # 2 was written on 2016-10-20 00:00:00 Lynn Woellert Summary: Although written to focus on the niche of dashboard design, simply removing the word 'dashboard' and you have a book teaching proper business systems analysis, Requests for proposals (RFP), business requirements documentation (BRD), project management life cycle (PMLC) with respect to technology, and database architectures (overview). Basically, a grant overview of what a business systems analyst will need to know in the technology industry. Review: Well formatted, with interspersed points of interest (graphs, highlights, tips, guiding images). A couple walls of text though, which don't exactly save time when reading (fluff text), and a lack of overall examples (only an Appendix). Overall though, a great read if you are in this particular niche, or would like to develop your knowledge of Business Systems Analysis and Deployment. 4/5 Stars! Food for thought: If this was kinda fun to read, it must be my passion right? :)
