Review # 1 was written on 2014-08-14 00:00:00 Ooska Pron Very good book, advanced explanations for many things either taken for granted or new perspectives to look at things. Interesting things like impossibility to inscribe heptagon using compass and straightedge, transcendence of e and pi, etc are included with proofs, highly accessible with the presentation style. Though in my case some topics are not quite understood e.g. Riemann surfaces due to lack of training, nonetheless the book is highly insightful. Recommended for advanced readers or those interested in advanced mathematics.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-04-23 00:00:00 Eric Forst This was a very entertaining and informing read. This book tells the history of Notre Dame football from the perspective of ND players, coaches, and administrators. There were a lot of great stories in this book, and I recommend it for anyone who is a fan of football nonfiction books and/or the University of Notre Dame.
