Review # 1 was written on 2012-08-21 00:00:00 Barbara Taylor Why was it written? Out of a runaway enthusiasm for new technology. This book is not a child of science or technology, but that of mere excitement. Not worth much.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-12-18 00:00:00 Jhone Linas This is a collection of essays written for popular science magazines and compiled into a book which neither informs nor entertains. Though dated, the wild promises it makes in regards to nanotech for the near future (i.e., 5 years ago) don't seem very exciting in retrospect. Atkinson's book makes nanotech look like the cold fusion of the 2000s.
