Review # 1 was written on 2018-09-19 00:00:00 Mark Ezell This was one of the last books I remember from my days before I left the doctoral program to become a librarian. I was reading it in preparation for an exam. The description provided here is pretty accurate of the content of the book. Not much of it stayed with me to be honest. In a way, as I look over my notes, I see that I have read others who put her ideas in better ways.

Review # 2 was written on 2021-01-07 00:00:00 Steven Maloy some useful heuristics and a sound philosophy on improving the *writer* as opposed to a single piece of writing, but super idealist and more than a little redundant.
