Review # 1 was written on 2017-07-16 00:00:00 Lynda Lansford Using aerial photographs, shows modern locations with overlays of troop placements for battles from the Roman invasion, up to WWII. Each 2-page spread is accompanied by a concise run down of the sides/people involved, the outcome and consequences. Then there is a more detailed explanation of the battle which references numbered lcoations on the maps. There's a good selection of periods and places, although the Wars of the Roses seems to get the majority of space.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-03-18 00:00:00 Teresa Orolin A great little book, with almost full page sized aerial photos of each landmark. Features bridges, stadiums, roadways and churches.
