Review # 1 was written on 2007-11-14 00:00:00 William Cook Most appreciated the author's research and evaluation of community owned and generated power options... from within and outside U.S. Innovative approaches. Also, a very good analysis of oil and fossil fuel depletion, the various means of addressing the problem, and the potential for transitioning to other (and perhaps more benevolent) means of meeting our energy needs. |
Review # 2 was written on 2010-01-18 00:00:00 John Winters Readable for the interested non-expert. Reasonably upbeat without minimizing the problem. Plenty of nitty-gritty information for people who are considering making a change. Lots of good resources in the appendix, and a glossary! Not finishing, only b/c I was reading it for specific information & not for a cover-to-cover experience. |
