I hope to learn more about eating for the seasons, geography, and body. Ancient poetry from Masters are sprinkled in this book with wise advice backing up Johnson's knowledge. This book is delicate piece of art.

It talks about how energy moves through are body in various ways but that energy is not created nor destroyed. This artform appeared a bit strange to me but also very interesting, and I can see how it would be very helpful to creating a healthy way of living.
