An instructive manual on the subject of Administrative Law. This exhaustive book comprehensively covers all the essential elements of the subject touching on historical evolution of administrative law in England through prerogative remedies against administrative actions, limits on administrative powers, concept of ultra vires and concept of judicial review. The book contains a lot of decisions on the subject. Since UK have existed EU, some decisions of Community Law, as far as it modified English law, may no longer be relevant. A must read book, not only for those who hold senior positions in the Government, but also budding lawyers.
