I love the John F. Kennedy book it because it talked about all about how he sailed out of the sea.

In this book, readers take a closer look at Barack Obama's life before and during his presidency. The book begins by giving background about Barack's life growing up. Barack Obama was born in 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii. It then goes on to at discuss his higher learning at Columbia University as well as Harvard. The book mentions his family: Michelle, Malia, an Sasha. Following this, the book goes into detail on his life in politics. He was a state senator, a US senator, then finally the first US African American president. At the end of the book, important dates and words are listed. Websites to obtain more information about Obama are listed as well For being such a simple book, there was many text features. The illustrations in this text are real pictures. These help the reader show exactly what Obama's life was like. Some print features that were included were a table of contents and an index. The table of contents identifies key topics in the book and the index helps the reader easily find specific information that they are looking for. Some organizational aids that were used was that important words throughout the book were bolded and colored. These words can be found in the "important words" section and it lists what each word means in case the reader didn't know. There are large colored titles as well that help direct the reader through the different categories. The pictures throughout the book had captions by them so the reader knew what the picture was addressing.
