The average rating for Box That Changed the World Fifty Years of Container Shipping - An Illustrated History based on 2 reviews is 4 stars.
Review # 1 was written on 2011-07-06 00:00:00 Jill Padilla A niche business book, chronicalling the economics behind the shipping container and how it revolutionized the shipping business in the 1970's. If I hadn't worked in the business at one time, I might have had little interest. Although it's primarily about the economics, a few illustrations ould have helped immensely where the author spoke of container design, etc. |
Review # 2 was written on 2013-11-09 00:00:00 Angela Armonda Dominic Streatfeild has done an incredible amount of research and conducted numerous interviews with those who used the methods he writes about and also the victims of such methods. The author does not insist on his point of view, but compares and contrasts available information and leaves the room for the readers to come up with their own conclusions. This is a must-read book for anyone interested in the history of mind control and the current use of it in Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, and elsewhere! |
