Review # 1 was written on 2012-01-19 00:00:00 Vito Reaves Basic relevant information, however, the one I got was a little outdated, I thought. Nonetheless, it's a good learning material for a newly diagnosed patient.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-09-29 00:00:00 Doug Bremer Okay book. Nice on how the author puts everything in concise formats . She includes info on traveling abroad along with info on how to access English speaking physicians. Though this was an edition printed in 1999 some things may need revising such as in the exercise section it is now recommended you stretch out as part of your cool down not before you work out.
