Review # 1 was written on 2015-02-14 00:00:00 Mark Ezell I picked up this book with the intention of researching choice in rehabilitation. Although it didn't contain what I was looking for, the article on the role of fascia (muscle and other types) was so helpful I borrowed the book. This is a great book to read if you're experiencing musculoskeletal problems from injury or trauma. Not only does it help explain fascia and why that matters, it also examines many different types of therapies available. But even if you want to know more about the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, muscle group, muscle fibres, and even between and within cells; how interconnected they are and how they interact, this will be a helpful book for you. |
Review # 2 was written on 2012-04-20 00:00:00 Michael Zellhart Don't laugh. I'm trying yoga out. I figure I need to be more flexible anyways... why not? |
