Review # 1 was written on 2008-01-25 00:00:00 Jordan Veelle I made a mistake thinking I could take this tome of a book on, but I certainly benefited from parts of it. It is not a book designed to be read as a whole in my view as it is monstrous in size (especially as a lots of its pages is in very small print). I was disappointed by the fact that very little analysis was provided by Worthington but she did say the book is a "text and materials" book, so I can't blame her. I did not read the whole of the book but I read many significant parts that are related to my area of interest and research. It is heavy on theory but not really a practical work. It has articles and materials that go very deep, sometime too deep, into the issues underlying the law of personal property. Not for the faint of heart!

Review # 2 was written on 2014-05-22 00:00:00 Timothy Breen Excellent overview of what can sometimes seem a dry topic, very thorough outline of developments in the US. I read an older edition which stopped in the late 80s, so would be interesting to read more recent chapters at a later date.
