Review # 1 was written on 2017-07-02 00:00:00 THIERRY PAHUD I did like this book but I think it is badly titled. I would like to have seen longer explanations of a smaller number of the 2-6 page 'cases'. This was a good book but it was a very light touch across many subjects. For example I would have liked to known much more about the BMA magazine which was shut down for being too liberal.
