Review # 1 was written on 2016-04-01 00:00:00 Ealrie Harper This book is basically an ad for the systems the company I am using for my basement uses, but I did read it as they recommended prior to our appointment, so by golly I am going to count it towards my annual reading goal! It was informative but I wouldn't call it a page turner

Review # 2 was written on 2016-03-24 00:00:00 Chadwick Davis Word to the wise: When buying a home and you see in the disclosures "fixed water damage in basement," ask some questions. Because if the previous owners "fixed" water damage by fixing the damage but not the source, you may end up 15 years down the road and needing some basement waterproofing. Yes, I know this book is just an ad for Basement Systems, but it was actually a pretty informative read, and it helped a lot when the contractor arrived to assess what we needed to do.
