I'm new to the sales world, and I think this is a very complete guide to master sales, I could identify some of the tactics that salespeople been used on me and I'm more aware of others This is not a book that you read and your done, I got the feeling that I'm gonna read it again but this time making notes and trying to apply a few gambits to max profits toward car sales I recommend this book to everyone who is interested in stop losing money playing more or who wants to pay less and be better negotiator

I always felt that most of the mistakes I make when negotiating are related to my lack of communication skills. This book has valuable and deep lessons that address exactly to my major weaknesses and that will certainly guide me to achieving better outcomes when negotiating. I must admit though that it was a quite hard reading for me due to its language not falling under my favourite category - I prefer fundamental approaches to the student workbook-like style. Nothing personal, it is just the way my brain and memory operates better. If you are like me in this sense, I suggest you to take notes and mark the pages so you can refer back to it when needed.
