This this book is best if you have a little tai chi or chi gung training just so it's easier to understand the refinements of some of the postures. But all in all it walks you through the postures really well!!! The training is well structured also. Found it a great addition to my internal arts training! Enjoy!

A solid overview and explanation of an internal martial art - written by a well seasoned practitioner. But, then again. This first sentence applies for a few thousand books. I am convinced that upon any study of a diverse arts one will find striking similarities between these many systems- despite their varied names. This is therefore not the greatest book of its kind. Its short though. So i guess thats virtuous Recommended for: Scholars of the martial arts Practitioners curious about a different system of kinetics Those fitness types looking for new exersizes
