Review # 1 was written on 2018-09-05 00:00:00 James Dykes well, this book was easy to read and so full of information; the kind of information that signified that the writer was taking sides! since there were not much persian literature in it! and assumed every literary movement according to the ones in Europe. like every other literature depended upon those in Europe and are influenced only by it. aside this; the book was awesome... |
Review # 2 was written on 2015-02-19 00:00:00 Steven Anderson This book takes a tired and critical view of the author, mentioning how Dostoevsky has increasingly deranged characters. I'm reminded of a dialogue in lowbrow film 'The Transporter 3' where Statham's character notes how Russians are so often prone to being dark and depressing. The depiction of this author seemingly plays to this stereotype. |
