Most of the focus is on industrial design, and doesn't easily translate to digital products. Stays largely abstract, and contains few concrete examples.

Книга в первую очередь очень интересна своей необычностью, качественными исследованиями, множеством статистической информации и забавным юмором автора. Если про недостатки книги, то они настолько малы, что и не стоит их упоминать. Рекомендую.
