Review # 1 was written on 2015-09-17 00:00:00 Jacques Bezuidenhout Lots and lots of ideas to hopefully inspire teams to see that all children can learn in the general Ed environment... My edition is the older edition so I would like to see the newer one to see if some sections had been updated. I would love to see a greater focus on how our kids can practice and learn real literacy, real communication... AAC was so different when this was written. Still -- this edition is almost ten years old, yet so many of our schools around are still acting as if this is brand new information, can't be done, etc, and that's heart-breaking. This kind of work should be required reading in special Ed bachelor's and grad programs.
