I like that McKenna uses many examples and refers to past cases so that the reader can compare explicit laboratory theory with real world observations and findings. I would definitely recommend the book to a student who has just started his/her degree in the field of Business.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-07-27 00:00:00 Sergio Lima I read this book as an additional textbook for my MBA module in Organizational Behaviour, and I am very glad that I did. The concepts are extremely well explained and it provoked me to read further into the topic. The book is very well organized and it helped me to get through the course better. I read it alongside Organizational Behavior and they complemented each other very well.
