Review # 1 was written on 2017-01-28 00:00:00 Shawn Eric This is a nice starting place to acquaint yourself with things that happen really fast on the mat. I was able to transfer some of what I read here onto the mat so that was helpful. I enjoyed the brief history of the sport as well.
