This was an interesting read with some odd examples of client's charts that I found it a little hard to relate to. The author definitely knows a lot about her topic, and I trust her insight, but I thought many of her clients sounded mentally ill. Hall does admit that some of her clients do have mental illness but it made it harder for me to trust the client's observations and how they related to their astrology charts. Beyond that I think this would be confusing unless the reader had a lot of experience with astrology, which is strange, b/c the author goes over the Pluto house and sign placements at the very end--but I think all of the chapters beforehand almost assume that the reader has some deeper astrology knowledge already. Anyone with a good amount of astrological knowledge (to the point where you understand aspects and transits) might enjoy this if they have a hard Pluto aspect in their chart. I think I came away with a deeper knowledge on the subject.

Amazing content and personal stories about what it's like to live with and work to heal an underworld Moon placement. Although it's very long and tends toward disorganization in ways, it's invaluable at understanding a very deep and unconscious subject.
