Review # 1 was written on 2012-06-11 00:00:00 Jeffrey Kullen Meh. I was hoping for some straightforward pratical application of asanas. Also, some pre-made sequences I could string together for class...not really much insight offered here. Also, yoga IS about more than the poses, and after reading through this, I've decided I'm not a fan of the "purely physical" tack some western yogis are taking.
