Review # 1 was written on 2020-10-19 00:00:00 Luke Stammers My daughter bought this book in N Conway, NH to put in their chalet for guests to read. It is a nice short collections of stories and history of the area in the 1800's. Especially interesting are the stories and history of the Great Stone Face, Old Man in the Mountain, and the history of the Wiley family and the mountain landslides on August 28, 1826.
