This was the 1st installment in the Serenity book series. It is a great read for the busy professional looking to find the path to serene living.

I took a Mind Body Bridging training course a few years ago in graduate school and we used this workbook as our guide, so I read it for the first time in 2014 and again this year as a refresher. I really like the concept of MBB and use it in my therapeutic practices with clients often. While some of the terms can be confusing, this book is a helpful guide to explaining the new language. The workbook is set to take 10 weeks, but it can be done at your own pace (just don't rush it! You want to build these skills and have a good foundation before getting into the heavy stuff). I appreciate the glossary in the back and the final chapter with a very brief explanation of what MBB is. I recommend therapists and mental health providers become trained in this modality, and use this book as a tool to support clients in their healing journey.
