Review # 1 was written on 2010-08-20 00:00:00 Stan Burt I'm currently in a "help, I need to grow up" period, hence lots of beauty, style, etc books. Plus I love this kind of book, if done well. So nice and fluffy and reassuring--I mean, all I need is a good trench coat and the right hair products and I'll be Gwyneth Paltrow, right? Not that I actually want to be GP--I'd much rather be Cate Blanchett or Kate Winslet if I have to pick a major living Hollywood star, but you know what I mean.

Each chapter concerns an item of clothing or accessories. It makes recommendations for your body type. It suggests ways to style clothing and accessories. There is a comprehensive appendix on fabric care.
