Review # 1 was written on 2017-05-10 00:00:00 David Smith I researched, co-authored and illustrated Reiki Energy Medicine. Maggie Chambers was my married name. I now use my maiden name, Babb. Libby Barnett and I pioneered Reiki in the days when no one knew what Reiki was. Reiki Energy Medicine was one of the first books to open the minds of medical professionals to the possibility of healing that Reiki offers. Because of this book, Reiki is offered in the Yale School of Nursing, practiced in Dartmouth Hitchcock's Norris Cotton Cancer Center, on the pediatric oncology floor of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and in the New York Foundling Hospital, to name just a few.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-06-02 00:00:00 John Connell I felt like the book was mostly selling the reader on the idea of reiki more than it provided useful ways of actually bringing reiki into the areas mentioned in the title. It's more of a book of testimonials than anything else. There were a few pages that made this purchase worth it for me, and those were the few pages that did provide a method of practice. Those few pages are the only reason I gave a decent rating.
