Review # 1 was written on 2010-02-28 00:00:00 Vad Onyx Much of the book refers to angelic encounters in the bible; I guess I was expecting more personal accounts from the authors. But the book was worth reading if even for the one chapter where Michal details her visitation from angels and then Jesus. "I would have dreams where I would hear Jesus singing 'Where Is My Bride, O My God?' He was longing for His bride to be ready for Him. He hears us sing our worship songs in church. We sing songs like 'True Love" and Jesus thinks we mean it! We are arousing His love, but we don't know what we're doing..." Quite a powerful message she received from that encounter. I know that she passed away a few years after this book was written, and it struck me that she'd had the time to be changed by that message herself and then to get that message out to others; those visitations she received had served their purpose.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-07-09 00:00:00 Jonathan Wilkerson I wasn't expecting to like this book as much as I did, from a belief that we as humans are so drawn to focus on created beings rather than the Creator. But this book was refreshing in that its focus was ultimately He whom the angels, as well as ourselves, exist to glorify. I appreciated the side-by-side of personal stories with biblical ones and the reminder that it's never really changed.
