The book is a not very easy to understand for me. The book do not have so many pictures, there are a lot of words to talk this story. Mike and his dog Harry, the Airedale with ESP, are shocked to discover that the new umpire for Mike's baseball games can hear their mental conversations. This is a very interesting things. The format of the book are simple, and simplicity of the plot suggest that this book is very popular in younger readers, but the vocabulary and the emphasis on game action, and the role of ESP make it more suited to older children. So, to be honest, I am not very like this type. The book talk a great story for children, and the some plots are very funny, I think children will like it, and it also lets reader like this sports and like dogs, it is very great.
