Review # 1 was written on 2019-02-04 00:00:00 Georgianna Somolik Our librarians like to make "book bundles" of children's books based on a particular theme. When I saw a Puppies bundle I immediately brought it to L's attention, and of course she was thrilled and scooped it right up. 8 puppy books just for her! She spends her entire library time seeking out puppy books each week, so to have a bundle pre-made was excellent. This was one of the books in the bundle. It's sweet, just a boy describing his day with his puppy and looking forward to future adventures. I didn't think the illustrations were all that great--some of them seemed a bit out of proportion to me--but L certainly didn't mind. ETA February 2019: Tonight I sang this book to L rather than reading it, and she liked it even more that way.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-04-17 00:00:00 Guy Gill Very cute...the rhyming words helped my son(who is learning to read)figure out some of the words in the story that he didn't know. We thought this was a cute story of a boy and his puppy. The illustrations are great too.
