Review # 1 was written on 2008-06-23 00:00:00 Branimir Lackovic A stunningly good anthology with an inspiring range of authors and life experience and narrative strategy represented. I'm going to use it for an undergraduate Autobiographical Writing course I'm teaching in the fall. Introduced me to a slew of writers I didn't know about -- and need to go find. Used in a college Autobiographical Writing class and the students really enjoyed it; it improved their writing immensely.

As we navigated coming of age themes throughout our course, this book paired perfectly. It was really interesting to see how many interpretations there were of the same pieces of text. Regardless of enjoying each piece of writing, I can guarantee thought-provoking discussions to follow!
